I recently purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" 2010 Volkswagen CC. I inquired about the car after seeing the ad on-line. With-in 10 minutes of submitting my information on-line, I got a call from salesman Don Ryan; who told me about the car. Mr. Ryan was very professional and informative on the car. I decided a few days later to check it out in person, and Mr. Ryan explained in detail about the car and its features. Mr. Ryan gave me some time by myself to look at the car, and was not hovering over me. I really appreciated that. I came back a few days later to purchase it. Mr. Ryan gave a call a few days after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied, and to see how I was liking the car. In the future, I hope to have the same type of experience that I had at Gunther Volkswagen.

I got a call from VW about a special they were running on trading in my 2012 Jetta for a 2013 Jetta. I was thrilled! I went in and met with Eric who I have worked with before. Two hours later I was leaving with a brand new Jetta and lower payments! The service was excellent and Eric was amazing and very attentive! I'm more than happy with my new Jetta!
