Our team is looking to add some self-starters to our ranks who are comfortable with a wide array of duties and responsibilities. While what you're asked to do will depend on the needs of the dealership on any given day, there are some consistent responsibilities you'll have:
- Handling work orders and bringing the relevant car to the right bay
- Determining what is wrong with the car
- Working with customers to devise service plans, including VW service specials
- Carrying out repairs
- Handling parts in compliance with customer wishes and warranty rules
- Adhering to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations
- Documenting your work
