This 5 star goes to Austin Berian. I came in months back for service however turned away and told to come back in a few months. However when I returned this past weekend - my brakes and rotos needed to be replaced asap and my warranty on them recently expired which would of cost me out of pocket over $500. Austin went above and beyond to prove that if the other service rep did not turn me away I wouldn't of been in this situation and it would of been taken care of then. Extremely professional and gave me updates throughout the day. Give that man a raise!
