Eliana was extremely nice, I had no problems with her at all, she did her job to a T. On the other hand it took over 3 hours to get my oil changed and brakes put on, I booked a really early appointment (7:30) so that I could get in and out but had to wait until 8:00 for the shop to open and start on my car. You guys shouldn’t even be letting people book that early if we have to wait that’s ridiculous. Also I shouldn’t have to pay $500 for two tires who do you guys think you are.

Assistant Service Manager, Frankie Richardson, was outstanding. I got a flat tire on my 2023 Taos, unexpectedly of course, and used Roadside Assistance to install My spare just prior to arriving at the Coconut Creek service department. It was close to 6 p.m., and I was very nervous that it was too late to help me. Frankie's demeanor was calm and comforting as he assured me he would do everything he could to get the job done. He was quick and efficient in his efforts and succeeded in having the spare removed and a new tire installed. Upon my dealing with the cashier and retrieving my car, Frankie apologetically told me that the car wash had already been shut down and that I could come in within the next few days or so for a free wash. I'm "senior" aged woman, and he treated me kindly and with such respect, not talking down to me. And, most importantly, he made sure he got the job done. With his attitude, demeanor, and good heart, this young man will go far. He should be promoted, if his work is consistently this good!
